1. From Docton website & App, a platform to get basic information about health and doctors, you can ask any health related question on the App, at this stage your identity or other registered users are not disclosed.
2. User Account" means the account of the User, created free of charge for using the app.
3. Registered User" means a user who has registered himself, his dependents with the required information on the app and who can log in to the app platform by providing their username and password to avail the services provided therein.
4. Docton app user You may access information provided by affiliated clinic in doctor information submitted by other registered users on the docton app
5. Service Provider” means the persons or entities listed on the Website and App Platform and who provide services available by accepting requests made by users and for which such service providers are solely responsible for the services received.
6. Docton, directly and indirectly,collects information regarding the Practitioners’ profiles, contact details, and practice. Docton reserves the right to take down any Practitioner’s profile as well as the right to display the profile of the Practitioners, with or without notice to the concerned Practitioner. This information is collected for the purpose of facilitating interaction with the End-Users and other Users. If any information displayed on the Website in connection with you and your profile is found to be incorrect, you are required to inform Docton immediately to enable Docton to make the necessary.

APP USERS

1. You must be 18 years of age or older to register, use the Services, or access or use the App in any way. Minors are prohibited from accessing or creating user accounts; Legal guardians of minors as per applicable law.
2. Docton user need to register to book appointment for consultation, video consultation with Docton MP for emergency medical services, tele-medicine consultation with Docton MP for emergency medical services on contact. User agrees to: Provide true, accurate and complete information about User required on the App registration form ("Registration Data") and take prompt steps to update Registration Data so that it remains current and complete.
3. Docton User shall not use any other person's user ID and password for any purpose without proper authorization from any such person. The Docton User confirms that the User is the authorized signatory of the authorized holder of the credit debit card & account holder of the bank account used for any transaction through the Docton App.
4. Enjoy all the access and usage rights of a Non-Registered User in our site
5. Pursuant to booking Site will send a communication to the User(s) informing the booking details with token number. Tentative appointment time will be informed to the User at a later point of time.
6. Any medical advice can be obtained by Docton RPM available during telephone conversation
7. This docton app is only for booking healthcare providers, /Docton website Or APP not used for legal purpose,
8. We encourage You to independently verify any information You see on the Website including information provided by a RMP,
9. A medical practitioner or health care provider (whether an individual professional or an organization) or similar institution wishing to be listed, or already listed, on the Website,
10. For Practitioners: Listing of Practitioners and their profiles and contact details, to be made available to the other Users and visitors to the Website.
11. Docton enables Users to connect with Practitioners through two methods: 1)Book facility that allows Users book an appointment through the Docton App,2) Value added telephonic services which connect Users directly to the Practitioner’s number provided on the Website.
12. Docton user Blood donors who wish to donate blood directly and indirectly provide contact information and user consent to donate blood.
13. The User agrees and understands that Docton Owner only provides an interface to fix an appointment with the Service Provider and will charge a convenience fee for fixing the appointment. The User agrees and understands that they shall pay any charges that may be charged by the Service Provider for the Services provided to the User.
14. The user should take all necessary precautions and may ask for consultation charges with the service provider before availing any service
15. Online appointments only allow the patient to be seen in the chamber, The docton' service does not take the responsibility of showing the patient before or after all ,
16. DOCTON APP-Recharge is mandatory for doctor's booking; Recharge is not refundable amount-Read carefully before making a payment.
17. User has availed the facility of booking appointment through Docton mobile application, this Docton plan will charge 'convenience fee' from the patient for availing the service provided by the mobile application,
18. Website/App and the Mobile Software Docton owned and operated by The Docton Service
19. The User shall take all necessary precautions and enquire the consultation charges with the Service Provider before availing any services ,

22. Docton user will be informed through mobile booking confirmation at the clinic after booking.
23. In case of advance payment doctor booking, the payment will be released within 24 hours to 48 hours through the account provided by the clinic.
24. 11)If any chamber wants to take doctor freeze immediately, extra charge will be allowed.

Website

1. The website is for visitors and information seekers only and is accessible to healthcare practitioners & Non register user access.
2. The Docton.in website is only for the purpose of providing information, Non-registered visitors to the website only,
3. The website is only accessible to healthcare practitioners and registered institutes users.
4. The docton website can only be used to broadcast Doctor.

Suspend

If the Docton app User provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or Docton App Owner has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, current or incomplete,Docton app owner have to the right to suspend or terminate the User's registration.

1. Any suspicious user will have their account permanently blocked due to misuse. USER will never be able to take advantage of this from DOCTON app.
2. If a person books the name of a patient with a different name to a doctor. App users will be permanently suspended ,One user can enter all names of one family person, no other family person name can book
3. Account will be suspended if docton user misbehaves with clinic authorities or create uncomfortable environment after going to the chamber after doctor booking from Docto apps.
4. Any patient booking through docton app must come to the chamber otherwise his user will be suspended for one month.
5. Docton users blackmail patients by booking doctors for other patients,then user account will be suspended for long time.
6. Docton Owner Identifier reserves the right to suspend the account of a Docton user who uses the same account from different phones.
7. Docton owner suspects that any docton user Docton site/apps information is being used for research or development purposes.

Subscribe

1. Subscription is mandatory to avail the Service.
2. Subscription activation time takes 30 second.
3. To subscribe you need to use Online Transaction Phone Paytm Debit Card Credit Card or Online Transaction.

Blood Donner

1. Docton User can help blood at simple will. Any money transaction is prohibited for this
2. Docton communicates only with blood donors and blood recipients.
3. The blood donor has to broadcast his blood group and his name and correct mobile number through us.

Cancel & Refund Policy

1. Docton App Recharge transaction fee refundable in case of incomplete transaction or missing facility, You can get recharge again from our doctor service
2. No refund of doctor consultant fee for booking cancellation from the user side.
3. Subscribe on Docton app is mandatory and the recharge price is non-refundable.
4. The convenience fee will be credited back to the account of the customer in case of an incomplete transaction due to technical errors
5. The facility fee is refundable even if the confirmed appointment is cancelled by the hospital or clinic, as the patient has not getting the services provided by the app as a facility, User can carry forward the next booking.
6. Subscribe free refundable if more than one recharge at the same time.
7. Service charges are non-refundable in case of confirmed booking cancellation by the patient
8. Refund of convenience fee and consultation fee as per the respective RMP Service Provider/Hospital policies that comes within the minimum possible cancellation time will be processed to the patients account.
9. Any complaints related to refund should be reported to the Site Owner support team at help.docton@gmail.com within two,days of appointment date with the doctor.

Clinic & Doctor User

1. Docton Apps Collect information about the doctor from the clinic, the clinic will consider it correct.
2. Docton does not provide any guarantee and shall not be held liable or responsible for the failure to send SMS or other notifications or reminders to you as a feature of the website.
3. Doctor user Docton Clinic Apps the doctor must have registered number as per the statewise.
4. All doctor information is uploaded by docton service from super admin and clinic can only change doctors schedule and patient appointment limit.
